বস্তুত সুভাষের অন্তর্ধান এবং শ্যামাপ্রসাদ ও ডক্টর মেঘনাদ সাহা'র অকাল‌ মৃত্যু কার্য্যত বাঙালীর রেজ়িস্ট্যান্স শেষ হয়ে যায় । সব হারিয়ে আসা ছিন্নমূলদের মুরুব্বি হয়ে ওঠেন বামপন্থীরা । তাঁরা তাঁদের বিহ্বল রেখে কাটা‌ ঘায়ে নুনের ছিটে(মরীচঝাঁপি)দিয়ে তাঁদের প্রাক‌ পার্টিশান প্রো মুসলিম রাজনীতিরই এজেন্ডা সাধতে থাকেন ভবিষ্যৎ ভোট রাজনীতির জন্য । যেটাকে তাঁদের সাড়ে তিন দশক তোষণ রাজনীতির পর ধরে বেশাতি করে গেছে গত‌ দেড় দশক এ়ই তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস । সেই পাপ থেকে আংশিক মুক্ত হয়েছি আমরা আট দশক পর এই গেলো ভোটে । কিন্তু ভুল্লে চলবেনা যে উত্তরভারতীয় হিন্দুত্ব এবং বাঙালীর উদার হিন্দুয়ানী এক নয় । আর সবকটি সর্বভারতীয় পার্টিই বাংলা ও বাঙালী বিদ্বেষী । এদের কাছে বশ্যতা স্বীকার করলে এরা বাংলা ও বাঙালীর আরও সর্বনাশ সা়ধন করবে । কাজেই বাম সেক্যুলারদের আড়ে রেখে এবং হিন্দী বেল্টের বশ্যতা মুক্ত হয়ে নতুন বাঙালী পার্টি উঠে আসুক যারা পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য সৃষ্টির ইতিহাসকে মর্য্যাদা‌‌ দিয়ে দিল্লীর কাছে অযথা বশ্যতা স্বীকার না করে রাজ্য শাসন করবে ।
