প্রকাশ্যে পশু জবাই বন্ধ করতে হবে,

রাজ্য সরকারকে West Bengal Animal Slaughter Control Act কঠোরভাবে কার্যকর করতে হবে।

সুপ্রিম কোর্ট কী বলেছে ?

Supreme Court of India এক মামলায় বলেছিল—

বকরিদে “সুস্থ গরু” কোরবানি ইসলাম ধর্মে বাধ্যতামূলক নয়,

তাই পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার আইনের বাইরে গিয়ে healthy cow জবাইয়ের বিশেষ ছাড় দিতে পারে না।
