রোহিঙ্গা মুসলিমদের স্বাধীনতাকামী সংঘটন আরসা অবিশ্বাস্য একটি ভিডিও প্রকাশ করেছে। ভিডিওতে শতশত সশস্ত্র আরসা যুদ্ধাদের সামনে কমান্ডার খালিদকে বক্তব্য রাখতে দেখা যায়। এই বক্তব্যে কমান্ডার খালিদ অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কিছু পয়েন্ট সামনে আনেন। তারমধ্যে হচ্ছে -

১) কমান্ডার খালিদ প্রথমেই আরসা আমির জুনুনির কথা স্মরণ করেন। তার গ্রেফতারকে জুনুনি, আরসা এবং রোহিঙ্গা জাতির জন্য একটি পরীক্ষা হিসেবে অভিহিত করেন। এরজন্য খালিদ তার জাতিকে ভেঙে না পড়ে ধৈর্য ধরার আহবান জানান।

২) "বাংলাদেশের ক্যাম্পগুলোতে আরসা তার কর্মকাণ্ড চালাচ্ছে" এমন বক্তব্য কমান্ডার খালিদ প্রত্যাখ্যান করেন। তিনি বলেন আরসার কার্যক্রম কেবলমাত্র আরকানের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ।

৩) তিনি বৌদ্ধিষ্ট আরাকান আর্মিকে সাবধান করেন। আরাকানের মুসলিমদের প্রতি হওয়া সকল জুলুমের প্রতিশোধ নেওয়ার প্রত্যয় ব্যক্ত করেন। ভবিষ্যতে আরাকান আর্মি আরসার সামনে আসলে কেবলমাত্র ল|শই পড়বে বলে হু'মকি দেন। গত কিছুদিন আগে হওয়া বিভিন্ন লড়াইয়ে আরসার বিজয়গুলো তিনি তুলে ধরেন।

৪) সর্বশেষ কমান্ডার খালিদ সম্পূর্ণ আরাকানকে মুক্ত করার দৃঢ় প্রত্যয় ব্যক্ত করেন। আরাকান কেবলমাত্র রোহিঙ্গা মুসলিমদের এবং সেটা আরসা অবশ্যই আদায় করবে।

The “#GoBackMarwadi” movement is intensifying across Telangana, with widespread protests and demonstrations reported from several districts.

Local traders have announced a bandh yesterday, receiving significant public support. In Yadadri district’s Choutuppal, shops and establishments remained voluntarily shut as a mark of solidarity.

নওসাদ সিদ্দিকী একটা ইসলামবিরোধী চ্যানেলে গিয়ে বলেন যে,—“সমাজে যত ধরনের অনৈতিক অপকর্ম যারা করছে তাদের সিংহভাগ মুসলিম সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষজন।”

উনি এমনটা কেন বললেন জানিনা, কিসের ভিত্তিতে বললেন জানিনা, কিন্তু ওনার কথা কতটুকু সঠিক? আসুন ডেটা দেখা যাক।

জেনারেশন-জেড ( Gen-z ) এর পক্ষে থেকে “সাকিব হাসান পিয়াদা” প্রথমেই জানান সিংহভাগ কথার অর্থ কি, সিংহভাগ কথার অর্থ হলো প্রায় সবাই বা সকলেই। সংখ্যার বিচারে ৮০-৯০% বা তারও বেশি হওয়া চায়।

এবং “সাকিব হাসান পিয়াদা” আরো বলেন একটা বিষয় মাথায় রাখা উচিত যে বিচারাধীন কিংবা পুলিশ আটক করেছে কিংবা মামলা হয়েছে মানেই এই নয় যে সে অপরাধী বা কনভিক্টেড। কারণ আইনের দৃষ্টিতে একজন যতক্ষণ দোষী প্রমাণিত না হচ্ছেন ততক্ষণ সে নির্দোষ। শুরু করা যাক—

ভারতজুড়ে মোট জেলবন্দীর সংখ্যা ৫.২২ লক্ষের মতো, তার মধ্যে ৩.৮৪ লক্ষেরও বেশি হিন্দু, ৯৭.৬৫০ জন মুসলিম, ২২.১০০ জন শিখ। অর্থাৎ মুসলমানদের সংখ্যা ১ লক্ষও না।

২০২০ সালে সর্বমোট জেলবন্দীর মধ্যে মুসলিমদের হার ছিল ২০.২%, ২০২১ সালে সেটা ১৮.৭% তে নেমে আসে। এই ১৮.৭%-এর মধ্যে আবার আছে কনভিক্টেড অর্থাৎ যারা দোষী প্রমাণিত, Undertrial বা বিচারাধীন অর্থাৎ যারা দোষী নির্দোষ প্রমাণিত হননি, এরপর আছে detenues বা আটক অর্থাৎ যাদেরকে পুলিশ আটক করে রেখেছে অহেতুক সন্দেহবশত। এদিকে একই সময়ে হিন্দুদের হার ৭২.৮ থেকে ৭৩.৬ এ গিয়ে পৌঁছায়। একইসময়ে সবচেয়ে তীব্রভাবে শতাংশ বেড়েছে শিখদের ৩.৪ থেকে ৪.২-এ।

মোটকথা NCRB ডেটা ২০২১–২২ অনুযায়ী ভারতের মোট দোষী প্রমাণিতদের মধ্যে মুসলমানদের হার ১৫–১৬%, বিচারাধীন তথা Undertrials-এর মধ্যে হার ১৮–১৯%, আটক বা Detenues-এর মধ্যে হার ২৭–৩৫%

আরেকটা তথ্য বলছে দেশে কারাবন্দী দণ্ডপ্রাপ্তদের মধ্যে মুসলমানদের হার ২০২০ সালে ছিলো ১৭.৪% সেটা ২০২১ সালে কমে দাঁড়ায় ১৫.৯%-তে, বিচারাধীন বন্দীদের হার ছিলো ১৯.৫% সেটা কমে হয় ১৮% আর আটক বন্দীদের হার ছিলো ৩০.৭% সেটা নেমে দাঁড়ায় ২৭.৭%

আর একটা রিপোর্ট বলছে, মুসলমানদের মধ্যে দোষীদের তুলনায় বিচারাধীন বন্দীদের সংখ্যা বেশি।

এবার দেখি দলিত ও আদিবাসিদের হার, ভারতীয় কারাগারে দলিতদের ২১.৭ শতাংশেরও বেশি দোষী সাব্যস্ত, ২১ শতাংশ বিচারাধীন এবং ১৮.১৫ শতাংশ আটক। এদিকে ২০১৯ সালের শেষের দিকে ভারতীয় কারাগারে বন্দীদের মধ্যে দণ্ডিত আদিবাসিদের হার ছিলো ১৩.৬ শতাংশ। বিচারাধীন ১০.২%

IndiaSpend-এর ২০২২-এর একটা রিপোর্টে জানা যায় ২০২২ সালে ভারতের মোট বন্দীদের ৭৫.৮% হচ্ছেন Undertrials অর্থাৎ তারা দোষী প্রমাণিত নন, জাস্ট বন্দী।

তাদের মধ্যে হিন্দু ৬৫.২% আর মুসলিম ১৯.৩%

এবার আসি পশ্চিমবঙ্গে:

এনসিআরবি রিপোর্টে দেখা গেছে, দণ্ডপ্রাপ্তদের অর্থাৎ দোষীদের মধ্যে মুসলমানদের হার ৩৩% এবং বিচারাধীন বন্দীদের মধ্যে ৪৩.৫% ভাই এটা কীভাবে সিংহভাগ হয়?

Convicts অর্থাৎ, সাজাপ্রাপ্ত বন্দীদের মধ্যে প্রায় এক-তৃতীয়াংশ মুসলিম, ৩৩%

Undertrials তথা বিচারাধীন বন্দীদের মধ্যে মুসলিমের হার প্রায় ৪৩%

Detenues তথা Preventive detention বা বিশেষ আইন অনুযায়ী আটক বন্দীর মধ্যে মুসলিমের হার—প্রায় ৭৮.৫%

কেবল আটকের মধ্যে মুসলমানদের হার বেশি। আর আটক মানেই এই নয় যে সে দোষী অথবা ক্রিমিনাল বা কিছু করেছে। পুলিশ তো যে কাউকে আটক করতে পারে বিশেষ আইন অনুযায়ী।

কারাগারে মুসলিমদের অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ উপস্থিতির জন্য আইনজীবীরা নিরাপত্তা বাহিনী এবং রাষ্ট্রযন্ত্রের পক্ষপাতদুষ্ট মনোভাবের উপর দোষ চাপিয়েছেন।

ইন্ডিয়ান সিভিল লিবার্টিজ ইউনিয়ন পরিচালনাকারী সুপ্রিম কোর্টের আইনজীবী আনাস তানভীর মনে করেন যে দেশের রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতির সাথে এর অনেক সম্পর্ক রয়েছে। তা ছাড়াও, তানভীর বলেন যে দারিদ্র্য, পুলিশের পক্ষপাতিত্ব এবং রাষ্ট্রযন্ত্রের পক্ষপাতদুষ্টতা এর জন্য দায়ী কারণ। আইনজীবী এবং মিথ্যা সন্ত্রাস মামলার প্রাক্তন বন্দী আব্দুল ওয়াহিদ শেখও তাই মনে করেন

এবং “দামাল বাংলার” তরফ থেকে লেখক “মানিক ফকির” যাইহোক নওসাদের বক্তব্য নিজস্ব মনগড়া, এর সাথে সত্যতার দূর দূর পর্যন্ত কোন সম্পর্ক নেই। এবং শুধুমাত্র রাজনৈতিক ফায়দার জন্য এসব বক্তব্য রাখেন, এবং এগুলো হলো সংঘী বয়ান।

A SECOND ATTEMPT by the US-allied rulers of Taiwan to remove democratically elected rivals failed last night.

The public yesterday rejected all seven DPP proposals in another stunning defeat—which means that 31 bids to snatch power from the people’s favorites have now failed.

All earlier attempts were also rejected by the people of Taiwan.

NEWS BLACKOUT

The western mainstream media is running a news blackout on the story.

That’s because it adds to a growing mountain of evidence that the people of the Chinese island are no longer content with the endless one-note fearmongering that characterizes the wildly unpopular Washington-allied Democratic Progressive Party.

The DPP got fewer than 30% of ballots from registered voters in the most recent election but held on to power with a reduced seat-count because of divisions between rival parties.

So the DPP cooked up a scheme to demand re-elections (known as recalls) with the intention of ejecting popularly elected winners from the island’s parliament.

But the people of Taiwan were not willing to play such a blatantly anti-democratic game, and have made that clear at the ballot box.

BLAMING BEIJING

The central Chinese government in Beijing has not been involved in the process at all – but is getting the blame from disappointed DPP fans. They blame "CPP propaganda" although the Chinese government has long been legendary for its hopelessness in generating functioning propaganda.

Yet many voices in Taiwan are fed up of the knee-jerk hostility. “It’s only democratic when the DPP wins,” said Jason Lee of Taipei, sarcastically, on X. “Otherwise, it’s the CCP winning and their propaganda is influencing Taiwan voters to turn against the DPP.”

WORRIED AT PROSPECT OF PEACE

The people of Taiwan, an island which is legally part of China, became very friendly with their mainland cousins in the first two decades of this millennium, with an estimated two million Taiwanese working and living in the mainland.

Worried at the prospect that peace and good relations may emerge, the US has since 2019 been using the DPP and the media to run major fearmongering campaigns to try to amplify divisions.

But residents are tired of the endless hysteria. Several popular voices in Taiwan, notably including YouTuber Holger Chen, have demanded the removal of the fake anti-China narrative, and called for the island’s politicians to stop serving Washington DC and start serving their own people.
